Sales Policy

****By purchasing a rabbit from me you are agreeing that you have read and agreed to our sales policy in its entirety. This protects you, the bunny any myself.  Thank you!

*This policy is subject to change at any time without notice!! Even if you have purchased a rabbit from my rabbitry in the past, please re-read the sales policy to make sure there have been no changes that you’re unaware of. Not knowing about changes in the sales policy will not be valid reason for refund/replacement!

(1) REFUND POLICY (Deposit):

* NO RABBIT will be held for anyone without a 50% non-refundable deposit being placed.

*I reserve the right to refuse ANY sale, for ANY reason, at MY DISCRETION, if I deem it necessary, with NO EXPLANATION!! A full refund will be given of any deposit, IF I DECIDE this is a necessary course of action.

*IF YOU DECIDE to cancel your purchase, your 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit WILL NOT be refunded as it was given to hold that bunny for you, which made it unavailable to other prospective buyers.

*If the rabbit unexpectedly gets sick or dies while in my care, your deposit will be refunded.

(2) REFUND POLICY (Purchase):

*When the rabbit/rabbits leave here, there will be NO REFUNDS or replacements.

*It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to check your rabbit upon seeing it, to check its health, sex, type, and other qualities as you deem necessary.

(3) HEALTH:

*All rabbits that leave my rabbitry are healthy to the best of my knowledge! I will not be held responsible if the rabbit becomes sick or dies while in your care, as I am not able to control what the rabbit is exposed to once outside of my rabbitry. Many things can stress a rabbit, especially being transported to their new home, and they can succumb to stress related issues, and this is out of our control. Please take the opportunity to inspect and check your rabbit over at pickup for any issues or sex, and address any issues at this time. There will be no refunds/replacements based on wrong sex or something you failed to address at pick up!

*I am not responsible at any time for ANY vet or medical bills your bunny may incur once it leaves my rabbitry.

(4) RABBIT SEXING:

*I do my best to check sexes. Please make sure you check for yourself, when picking up your rabbit, as mistakes do happen! It can be very difficult to sex a rabbit, even the most experienced breeders can make mistakes. Rabbits will not be refunded given due to incorrect sex, unless sex is noticed to be different for what I specified within 2 days of pickup.

(5) ABILITIES/TEMPERAMENT

*This is NO guarantee on a rabbits ability to be shown/bred/a pet. I can not guarantee a rabbit’s show success, production, or how it will grow out. No breeder can make those sorts of promises. We do not evaluate or sell rabbits as show quality, but if a person is looking for that, we urge buyers to evaluate the rabbits themselves at time of purchase.

(6) RIGHT OF REFUSAL:

*If for ANY reason you cannot keep, take care of your bunny anymore, or have decided they don't work for your program anymore (breeders), I ask that you please contact me, and give me first right of refusal for the price you paid. If I decline you are free to sell. Pet quality bunnies must be returned to me with no refund. If I find that you haven’t done so, this will restrict your ability to buy from me in the future.

(7) AGE OF AVAILABILITY

* No bunny will leave until at least 8 week of age, NO exceptions.

* I like to hold onto the babies 1-2 weeks after weaning to make sure that they stay healthy.

*Babies may be kept longer, if I feel that it is necessary for their health. This will be discussed and advised.

(8) PAYMENT OPTIONS

*We accept venmo or zelle for deposits only. If you are local, cash will be required at the time of pick-up for the remaining balance.

For reservation/purchase terms, please see below:

(A): HOLD = Payment/deposit HAS NOT been received, but rabbit is being held for UP TO 24 hours, under a verbal agreement, until deposit is made. If no deposit has been made within 48 hours of a rabbit being placed on a verbal hold, that rabbit will then be listed as “available” once again, UNLESS prior approval or other arrangements have been made.

(B): RESERVED = deposit (50% of purchase price, which is applied to total) has been made. Once we have arranged a date for pick-up and the rabbit is still in our care 2 days after said canceled appointment, we charge a $20/week boarding fee UNLESS prior arrangements and authorization have been made.

(C) : SOLD = Full payment has been received and pickup date has been set, or rabbit has gone to their new home.

(9) OUR PRICES/OTHER:

*Base prices are (will vary depending on the rabbit):

Pets (no breeding): $75-$125

Breeding/4H/Show: $$150-$400

(10) LOCAL PICK UP

*Once a deposit has been placed, a date of availability will be discussed, and at the time, a tentative pick up date will be set. Pick-up will be in one of two locations at my discretion.

*Please bring a box, or a carrier, to put your bunny in. Please make sure it is big enough for your bunny to fit, but also not too big. It must also have a way to close. If using a carrier, please put a blanket/towel/hay inside. Hay is preferred, as this not only provides a non-slip surface for the rabbit, but helps to curb traveling stress. We want the travel process to be as calm and comfortable as possible.

*I own a closed rabbitry, which means that you will not be allowed into my rabbitry, this protects my rabbits from any diseases or parasites.

*We do not sell rabbits for Easter, Christmas, or birthday gifts.

*All breeding quality rabbits will leave with a full 3 generation pedigree (unless otherwise discussed). Pet quality rabbits will NOT come with a pedigree, but will instead come with a birth certificate. All bunnies will come with nails trimmed and transition feed. First time buyers will receive a care guide.

*Please realize that rabbits can live up to 10 years and they require commitment, as well as attention and love. You have to interact, socialize, and care for your rabbit daily.

*If you ever have any questions about your rabbit, whether it came from our rabbitry or not, I would be more than happy to answer, *to the best of my ability*. I cannot be held liable if any advice given does not help or has an adverse effect. Some research and learning falls on a new pet owner. I understand there will be questions that the internet will give multiple answers to. I don’t mind answering a question or a few to help sort out all the varying information, but please try to educate yourself as much as possible before you get your rabbit, and continue to read and learn after. Knowledge is invaluable with a living thing! When emergencies happen there’s no time to be trying to look up information or what medication to get. If you would like links to websites that give good information, please feel free to contact me for these websites.

*My rabbits come with lifetime care support. In the event of an emergency, please, please don’t hesitate to contact me. Day or night. I will answer as soon as I possibly can! And, we always welcome and enjoy updates on your bunny!

**If any questions please feel free to contact me.
